Refund policy

All sales final on all products purchased on the site with exceptions including damage acquired while item was being shipped or merchandise that arrived defective. Photos of the item will be required via email within a 7 day period of the item being delivered.  Damage sustained to an item due to aggressive use or negligence is not of our concern.
